Energy card: Macha – Goddess of War/Death: The energy surrounding you is a defensive one. Meaning, there is a deep need to want to protect progress of some kind due to a fear of doubt of old patterns/people/things reappearing. This is appropriate for the retrograde that begins Feb 17th and ends on March 10th. There is also an energy of transition (moving forward), as with the passing of warriors, this goddess would then carry their souls to the otherworld.
3 of swords/Strength: In the recent past, you are overcoming it have overcome heartbreaks of the past (not just in romantic situations). Healing wounds of childhood/adult. Others of you have merely learned to quiet the beast within and (for some of you) without actively healing those wounds. The tests will come in the form of triggers.
The Chariot/6 of Swords/The Hermit: in your present energy, there is a desire to move forward and detach. Choose to take command and chart your own path, but do not ignore the shadow work that must be done: the work of self. Do not be overtly critical, and do not detach emotionally from this process. Choose to move forward with healing and introspection. If domestic travel comes up in your plans, it may be wise to use this time to reflect quietly and without distractions.
5 of Cups: To progress forward in your growth, decide what you will do between the following: cry and focus on what failed OR, turn around and move forward with what succeeded/survived. Things that were removed from your life were for your highest good. You cannot stay in this energy and move forward with the “cups” you do have. You have to choose what you put down, but only one decision will help you to move forward.
