Energy Card: Cygnus: You may have been holding onto/ waiting out for something to happen/go right/work out on its own. This is something close to your heart. As much as you want to hold onto it, dear Scorpio, seeing Cygnus is a sign that it’s time to accept that this is the end. Release it gracefully, as it no longer serves you. There is love and acceptance in release. It’s a wisdom that cannot be taught by holding on too tightly to something. Let it go for the sake of your soul’s growth.
3 of Wands: The energy of the recent past is a hopeful one. The phrase “holding out for a miracle,” comes to mind. You’ve worked for this, cried for this, and fought for it. So much energy has been put into this, but this energy may have only delayed the inevitable, dear Scorpio. Some of you are aware of the approaching end, and are simply trying with all your might to change the outcome. It is not wise to do so, and won’t make your process any easier. Others of you have seen what others have gained, and have wanted this for yourselves. You must remember that you are on a different journey, and what you see may not be what is best for you, no matter how it looks on the surface.
8 of Swords/Ace of Wands: You may be trying to deliberately deny this spiritual awakening or this new information, but it does not delay it. If you greet this start with force, you will be met with a forceful change, dear Scorpio. This new beginning is here, whether you like it or not. Blinding yourself to the truth will not change the truth. Rather, you are blocking your spiritual growth by doing so. Recognize that your ego attachments to this earth will keep you from advancing to the next phase of your life. Ego attachment as described by Joshua Lightningwarrior: “Our ego is what creates our common perception of reality. If left unchecked, our ego may even come to believe that what it itself perceives IS reality, and that nothing truly exists outside of it.” (Read more here.)
If you feel that you cannot exist outside of what it is that you are holding onto, it is your ego not coexisting with your spirit. Your spirit understands that you are not your attachments. You are so much more than that.
The Tower: As was mentioned before, the change will be forced and will be more painful without releasing what you have outgrown. This card depicts a spheric crown being knocked off of a rectangular tower. In a manner of speaking, it did not fit. The universe is calling you to uproot and release, or it will be removed for you. However, you are gracefully given the choice to accept to do either. This card and the Death card are representatives of your sign, Scorpio, so there is no denying that this is energy you can or will take on. Divine timing does not stop, nor does it slow down for anyone. We all outgrow things in life. There is no shame in releasing. Only love in growing. The illusions of the ego will fall away as you are enlightened and releasing.
