You’ve developed a habit of always thinking about the worst-case scenario, but it is keeping you from moving into those winning situations that you want so much. You have to let go of much more than “bad feelings.” Let go of thinking the worst about everything. You don’t know everything; and the next outcome could actually turn out good for you. Try to see the good in everything. Use daily affirmations to say “thank you” for even the smallest things. You will find your mood will begin to lighten and that energy will start to remove itself.
If you operate from a place of fear, the universe will match your energy. Change your vibration and the universe will match that too. Don’t say: “Well I’m not going to do it because things never work out for me anyway” or “I’ve been down this road and I know it pesar work so why bother?” Instead say: “I’m going to give it a try anyway because things could turn out good this time” or “I know I’ve been down this road before, but I’m going to try it from a different angle and see if I get a different result. Maybe it’ll be better!”
Regardless of the negativity, the universe has been lining up and waiting for you so that you could receive your blessings of transformation. If you feel like you’ve hit rock bottom, there’s no where else to go but back up. This requires a lot of work, but you’ll come out of this a lot stronger than you think.
The way ahead may seem a little scary, but stepping out of your comfort zone is what will get you to your goal. I know it’s hard for my Earth signs, but try something new. Don’t just do it the usual way because “it’s always worked before.” The usual way becomes rigid and stale. Ultimately, it will stunt your growth and block your blessings. Be willing to go beyond and do something out of the ordinary routine. That is where you will find yourself on the path much closer to your aspirations. You were destined for more than this. Believe that.
